Art Returns

Art returns remain exceptionally uncommon. We work diligently to minimize occurrences by confirming listing detail accuracy and promoting expert packaging practices. We mandate that collectors and purchasers unpack and examine all acquired pieces immediately after delivery. Without communication from a purchaser within 72 hours post-receipt, we'll consider no concerns were identified and distribute funds to the vendor. Should any issue arise, we'll collaborate with you for rapid resolution!

Return privileges extend solely to the initial purchaser and cannot be transferred.

We'll accept returns and provide reimbursement when vendors have inaccurately described their pieces or shipping damage occurred. Return shipments must arrive within 30 days of artwork receipt.

Shipping Claims

For shipping damage situations, notify PandoraArtBox without delay through electronic mail, enabling us to support your claim process. Every packaging component must be retained and you're required to supply an image of the piece upon delivery signature. Claims involving glass-framed items will be rejected since no secured carrier covers glass. PandoraArtBox collaborates with vendors featuring glass-framed pieces to establish solutions before shipping.

Art Misrepresentation

Vendors who inaccurately describe any element of their pieces will cover delivery and packaging expenses in both directions. Pieces will be sent back through COD requiring cashier's check acceptance as remittance. Frames frequently accompany pieces as a courtesy, remain sold in current condition, and don't constitute valid rejection reasons for purchasers.

PandoraArtBox provides purchasers with an authenticity assurance. Vendors receive payment after purchaser receives and examines the piece's condition. Should a purchaser demonstrate through written expert verification within 30 days that the piece lacks authenticity, PandoraArtBox will demand, and Vendor commits to completely reimburse PandoraArtBox within 10 days of our demand. The piece returns to vendor at vendor's expense.

PandoraArtBox's confidentiality commitment remains and has consistently been to maintain our vendors' details confidential. Nevertheless, as a vendor, you bear the responsibility to confirm that the artwork remains genuine and to accurately describe your piece's actual state. When a purchaser returns your piece after discovering authenticity issues or misrepresented condition, the vendor must return complete payment to PandoraArtBox. PandoraArtBox will reimburse the purchaser and send the piece back to vendor. Should vendor decline to reimburse PandoraArtBox, our confidentiality commitment becomes invalid and vendor's contact details will be shared with the purchaser, enabling the purchaser to pursue suitable action against the vendor as required.
