This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If payment has been made for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Term and Termination

These terms are effective upon your access to the site and/or completion of registration. Pandora Art Box LLC may terminate these terms or your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Provisions relating to copyright, disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification shall survive termination.

Buyers acknowledge that placing an offer constitutes a binding contract to purchase. Sellers acknowledge that accepting an offer constitutes a binding contract to sell.

While we maintain strict seller privacy, sellers must guarantee artwork authenticity and accurate condition representation. If artwork is returned due to authenticity issues or misrepresented condition, the seller must refund all payments. Failure to comply will result in the release of seller information to the buyer for appropriate legal action.
